Mobile services have become the key battleground. Telecoms need to develop and offer valuable and compelling web services to differentiate themselves and avoid becoming irrelevant in the mobile web and online mobile telephony era.
As part of a vast campaign that included several high profile acquisitions, a large telecom provider wanted help with the user experience of mobile service design for some of their service offerings.
Kontrapunkt Online was part of a global team, which developed and designed a range of location based services. The project was carried out by a team of information architects, product managers, user experience designers and developers. The project was conducted as a highly iterative and intense process with weekly sprints.
